I understand projects from the inside.

For more than fifteen years, I have worked where design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, budget and site execution meet.

My career developed through luxury hospitality, private residential and turnkey fit-out projects across Europe and the Middle East.

Over time, my work moved from project operations into FF&E management, procurement, sourcing, tender development, commercial coordination and independent owner-side advisory.

I have worked directly with suppliers, manufacturers, designers, contractors, technical teams, site teams and clients.

My background includes material sourcing, quotations, technical scope review, budget control, supplier coordination, factory visits, production monitoring, logistics, site coordination and handover.

That operational experience shapes the way I work today.

I do not assess a project only from a spreadsheet.

I also understand the physical product, the design intent and the operational implications behind the specification.

Design literacy. Operational discipline.

My background is complemented by training in interior design and decoration, strengthening an existing practical understanding of interiors, materials, finishes and bespoke production.

This allows me to understand both the design objective and the procurement or delivery implications behind it.

My practical experience includes timber, stone, metal, joinery, upholstery, textiles, decorative lighting and bespoke manufacturing.

I have also completed additional training relating to healthy residential environments, indoor air quality, materials and relevant regulatory principles.

From operations to advisory.

The value of long project experience is not simply knowing how projects are intended to work.

It is recognising early where commercial, procurement or execution problems may develop.

My operational background allows me to identify issues earlier, ask more useful questions and understand the implications behind decisions made during tendering, procurement, production and site delivery.

Today I work independently with owners, developers, project directors, designers, contractors and procurement teams requiring experienced support around high-value FF&E and fit-out decisions.

Barcelona based. Internationally focused.

I am based in Barcelona and work across international assignments.

My experience spans Europe and the Middle East, with particular depth across the GCC and Saudi Arabia.
