My background combines commercial and operational control with practical knowledge of materials, finishes, craftsmanship and interiors.
I understand the difference between something that appears correct in a drawing, specification or BOQ and something that can actually be sourced, manufactured, certified, transported and installed correctly.
This allows me to challenge cost and procurement decisions without losing sight of the design intent.
